HP Computers

Can a Mac operating system Apple computers are installed on Dell or HP or others do not?
Snow Leopard can be installed as Apple, Dell or HP on Computers or other?
The Dell Mini 9 (and Vostro A90) and Dell Mini 10v can run OS X 10.5 (Leopard) is easy – I loaded Leopard on my Vostro A90 in about an hour and a half, and it runs perfectly. It IS Against's Apple EULA, but for what it's worth I used a retail version of Leopard that I am at the full Price bought, so it's not like I downloaded an illegal copy. MyDellMini.Com has great guides and forums about running OS X on a Dell Netbook. OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) is a bit of a different story: I read that the mini 10v works okay, but it's still buggy and I was not able to get it working on my Vostro A90. It is still in the works, however, and it looks like the NetBookInstaller method could once work comes out the next version (now every day). There are other netbooks that work well pretty, but not as smooth or as easy as Dell's Mini. As far as desktops, you can run OS X, but you must basically build a very specific computer from scratch – an incorrect component (eg a different video card than what is recommended) and the project may collapse whold. As further Poster mentioned, if you are interested in him (and are moderately to highly skilled when it comes to computers) you can get to the OSx86 Project and research from there. Or visit Psystar.Com and get one already "hacked" PC running Leopard …. for now. You are in a huge legal battle with Apple right now and could to get any time off. http://www.psystar.com/ I hope that helps!
